My story

“Fully Human is the support I always wanted in the workplace. That does not ask for me to be my‘ authentic self’ but instead celebrates all my identities and recognises them as a means of connection and postive performance.”.

 I have built a successful portfolio career over 25 years, working at some of the largest media businesses in London. With a wealth of experience in media sales and client management, I have moved from small start-up to global media company working at senior leadership level.  

My desire to lead a more purpose driven life started my journey of support and development.  Gaining a Level 5 qualification in Learning and Development and then going on to gain my coaching qualification in performance coaching.

 As an award-winning media talent (Advertising Week Europe ‘Future is Female’ and Campaign 40 over 40) I am passionate about seeing a more diverse and inclusive society. Using my transferable skills and leaning into my lived experience as a Black woman, I have successful held roles as co-chair of ERG networks (Families and RISE), Governor at a local secondary school, and most recently become a UN digital delegate in 2025.

My passion and purpose to drive representation in the workplace (in particular women) has enabled me to be one of eight co-founders of Join Our Table, a social enterprise to support Black women in the media and advertising landscape. Alongside running the Uncommon Collective CIC that supports young people into media.

Multi passionate, I wear many hats but I am on a mission to help people be the main character in the story of their personal or professional life!
